The Women’s Soaring Pilots Association is a supportive, worldwide network of soaring pilots and enthusiasts dedicated to the advancement of women of all ages and skill levels in the sport of soaring. Our mission is to unite women all over the world fostering international camaraderie, education and understanding through the present and future challenges of soaring flight.
How we do this:
WSPA is a non-profit division of the Soaring Society of America offering:
1. Soaring related scholarships, mentoring, and sponsorship.
2. Training seminars for education and cross-country flying experience.
3. Quarterly Newsletters for networking.
4. Recognition for soaring achievements and service contributions.
5. Support for participation in all levels of soaring competition from local to international gliding contests.
